Ashland-e series is comprised of between 30 and 70 percent recycled glass from

most efficient crystalline silicon products that qualify for the California
Solar Initiative rebate program, the company reports. In order to qualify for California’s solar
rebate program, the CEC requires independent testing by PVUSA to assign a
Practical Test Condition (PTC) rating which in turn determines the level of
