Containment Solutions’ Flowtite grease interceptors, temporary storage/disposal tanks for wastewater in grease producing areas, are designed to store wastewater long enough for fats, oils, and grease materials to naturally separate and float to the top of the water level where the grease can be collected and disposed of properly. Grease interceptors are typically required for high-volume restaurants and large commercial operations such as hotels, hospitals, factories or school kitchens. Tank sizes range from 600 to 60,000 gallons and are available in IAPMO-approved designs. www.containmentsolutions.com.
