Educational Sessions at Your Fingertips
One of the best parts about tradeshows are the educational sessions. I love having an expert present his or her opinion on a topic, and informing me how he/she is dealing with the new and improved standards in an industry that is ever-changing.
As most of ED+C's readers know in this heart of the tradeshow season, actually getting to the tradeshows is becoming an increasingly costly endeavor. ED+C has had to reduce the amount of people we send to tradeshows because it's simply too expensive to send the staffing we would normally send.
However, that's not going to stop us from becoming better educated. We've been touting webinars for a while now, and because of the recent hikes in travel costs, now is the perfect time to gain the benefits of an educational session without incurring the same expense.
What better way to discover the benefits of a webinar than by joining us for ONE Unified Standard to Assist Your Selection of Sustainable Carpet on June 26th? This webinar, presented by
Georgina Sikorski, M.S., MBA, and moderated by ED+C's Michelle Hucal, LEED AP, will help architects, designers and end users to easily identify certified carpets that have a reduced environmental impact across multiple life cycle and environmental attribute categories, using the ANSI certified NSF 140-2007, Sustainable Carpet Assessment Standard.
Don't let the high cost of travel keep you down!
Cheers,
Derrick Teal ED+C Associate Editor
