The GREEN LOG Home & Lifestyle Awards were created in response to the growing demand for green building solutions. The goal of the awards was to give proper awareness to companies and individuals who are enabling healthier homes and lifestyles. Nominees were chosen from a variety of industries; from home energy systems and building materials to eco-friendly flooring and sustainable landscaping.

For the Reclaimed Wood & Flooring category, it was Aged Woods that received enough votes to be named the 2008 overall Winner. “We are honored to accept this award,” stated Jeff Horn of Yesteryear Floorworks Co., marketers of Aged Woods flooring. “Certainly one of the main reasons we’re in business is to offer a recycled, “green” product.
