Published exclusively by ARCOM for The American Institute of Architects, MASTERSPEC now includes detailed information on CertainTeed Gypsum products including: GlasRoc(R) Sheathing and Tile Backer, ProRoc(R) Gypsum Board and ProRoc(R) Finishing Products.
“ARCOM has worked with us to make specific edits to MASTERSPEC Sections: 06 16 00 – Sheathing; 09 21 16.23 – Gypsum Board Shaft Wall Assemblies; 09 23 00 – Gypsum Plastering; 09 26 13 – Gypsum Veneer Plastering and 09 29 00 – Gypsum Board, creating documents that are designed to help specifiers easily specify our gypsum products on their projects,” says Doug Gehring, Director of Marketing Technical Services for CertainTeed Gypsum.
To ensure accurate, up-to-date information, MASTERSPEC allows users to view changes by incorporating underline and strikeout formatting in the specifications. The documents are 100 percent compatible with all other MASTERSPEC documents commonly used by design and architectural professionals.
MASTERSPEC represents the most thoroughly researched and professionally written specifications in the industry, helping designers, architects and specifiers complete projects with greater ease and speed. Firms that hold an existing MASTERSPEC license will have updated documents installed on their system automatically via the MASTERSPEC Quarterly Update CD-ROM.
