Green Building Products Expo Dates Announced

Las Vegas — Bentley International Group has announced the dates for the 2nd Annual National Green Builders Products Expo. This business-to-business industry event will return to the Las Vegas Convention Center on May of 2010.

“National Green Builders Products Expo” is a buyer focused show for the commercial, industrial, municipal and green residential eco-friendly new and retrofit construction market” said Bentley CEO Patrick Witherspoon. “This is the industry show everyone is talking about; everyone who attended told us this is a great show…… In these times, to actually launch a new event, is in itself a success. So, it was with great excitement that we opened the doors to the inaugural National Green Builders Products Expo on May 28 & 29, 2009 in Las Vegas”.

“We had quality attendees with real buying needs…..companies came to look, touch and buy. Early feedback from Attendees has been positive and we are pleased to report glowing reviews regarding the outstanding mix of exhibitors and the diversity of their sustainable and renewable building products and services” enthusiastically stated Witherspoon..

“With all of our media partners and supporting organizations on board for 2010, we will increase our visibility in the market by adding other major industry publications and associations”, continued Witherspoon, “ 2010 will see a dramatic increase in attendance as we use this year as a foundation to build NGBPE into an event not to be missed”

By concentrating on a truly focused business-to-business sales approach without seminars that pull the attendees off the show floor, Witherspoon said “We are showcasing the best group of exhibitors offering all the goods, supplies, services, and equipment, the real buying decision-makers want and need is what drives our attendee base”. “That is why NGBPE will have record attendance in 2010”, said Witherspoon.

“We were looking for green and eco-friendly building manufacturers and sellers who sell to the trade and were looking for more business…more sales.” Witherspoon continued his remarks , “ In order for renewable, sustainable and low impact eco-friendly products to get into the supply chain, green building product dealers must stock what engineers, architects, specifiers, facility managers, et al know of, and want. Our role as show management is to facilitate the sales process….to give companies a venue for marketing their products to the industry members that actually have a decision in the procurement process. We wanted a varied group of exhibiting companies across all building product categories. The Green revolution is vital to this country’s (and the worlds) survival and economic prosperity. As we exist in a capitalist society, it was our objective to help companies get their products into the pipeline to reach the marketplace. We want each and every exhibiting company to increase sales, remain profitable and stay in business, thus keeping people employed, helping the Planet Earth and therefore the world economy.”

Witherspoon concluded his remarks by stating “There is a lot of work ahead of us as we plan for the 2010 NGBPE; our commitment is long term and Bentley International Group’s 30 years of trade show management experience will enable us to grow this vital industry event”.
