Xeripave is a natural rock paver with an inert polymer binder and a flow-through rate greater than 1 gallon per second, or 60 gallons per minute (per square foot), according to the company. Xeripave filters 100 percent of gross pollutants and allows water to return directly to underground aquifers. As the water permeates through the soil, all remaining contaminants are filtered from the water. The pavers comply with standards for masonry units, segmental pavers and flags. The surface coefficient of friction reportedly exceeds non-slip standards, even when wet. www.xeripave.com.
