Washington, D.C. - The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Design Competition for Students and Emerging Professionals highlights some of the very best of the environmentally conscious students and young professionals in the building industry.

The competition seeks the submittal of a complete, sustainably designed building and site, following set design parameters, utilizing the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System. Current students and individuals with less than three years experience in the building industry are invited to participate. Participants may work individually or in teams of up to three, not including a faculty or professional advisor.
