Brownie Points: On the Road Again...
The International Builders Show was held in Orlando once again this year. Next year the show will be moving to Vegas. I spent four days in Orlando, and the following are just a few of the NEW hot items that were displayed. Also for the first time, there are a few video clips from GE's ecomagination Homebuilder Program and a quick look at the people and sounds of the houses built out in the parking lot.

Brownie Points: Surfaces '08
I have attended Surfaces during the last five years and found it a wonderful resource for residential flooring products + education. Although there is a strong dealer/distributor attendee focus, each year I see more A&D attendees. This year the show really focused on GREEN. I won't take the time to highlight all of the booths I visited that had a green message, but here are a few that were sharing the benefits of Green technology. Next week I'll be at IBS to bring you some highlights from Orlando.
