Registration is now open for the Environmental Design + Construction (ED+C) and Sustainable Facility 1st annual Virtual Green Expo, an awesome new virtual trade show experience live on August 5, 2010.

I personally just returned from Miami where I attended the AIA conference and expo for a few days, while my colleague Derrick Teal is in Chicago attending Neocon this week. While we enjoy networking and checking out all the new green products on the market, it’s tough to get away. That’s why I think you’ll love this new virtual opportunity.

This effective, affordable and time-saving way brings a conference and trade show right to you, with all the bells and whistles, including keynotes and educational sessions as well as an exhibit hall. You can even interact and chat live with me and other program providers and exhibitors.

The event starts at 9 a.m., but don’t worry about catching a shuttle bus to this show. You can join us from the comforts of your desktop. AND IT’S COMPLETELY FREE (no registration fees and no travel expenses)!

The event kicks off with an exciting keynote from Kathy Loftus, Global Leader of Sustainable Engineering and Energy Management, Whole Foods Market, followed by a live chat in the networking lounge.

Learn more about the other events and exhibitors, or register today at www.virtualglobalgreenexpo.com and be sure to join us, without leaving the comforts of your desk. If you’re a Twitter user, please be sure to use #greenexpo for your tweets related to this event (before, during and after).

See “you” and your avatar on Aug. 5!

Michelle

P.S. Virtual Green Expo is sponsored by: BASF, Duro-Last Roofing Inc., Firestone Building Products, E-Mon, Redi Controls Inc., and others. If you’re interested in sponsorship opportunities including exhibiting, please contact Danielle Belmont at belmontd@bnpmedia
